By 2023, the PRI expects an overshoot of the Paris goals. Consequently, tighter policy regulations are expected. Corporations can prepare by including climate-related risks in their financial statements as well as implementing a scenario analysis as suggested by the TCFD. CSR teams should be included in the risk management process and responsibilities assigned to senior management. Metrics on climate change are a must.
